Job summary

PT VIBE DEVELOPMENT LAB is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Construction) to lead on-site activities for apartment and villa projects in Bali. You will manage daily progress, coordinate contractors, and ensure quality against drawings and specs while maintaining safety and site discipline.

The role requires 5+ years in residential or resort construction, full-cycle management from foundation to handover, and the ability to read A/Structural/MEP drawings with local Bali experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential or resort construction.
• Experience managing full construction cycle from prep and foundation through structure, MEP, finishing, and handover.
• Able to read Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings.
• Familiar with local Bali/Indonesia site practices and community relations.
• Willing to work on-site 6 days per week.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and basic conversational English (B1).

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily construction progress against the master schedule.
• Coordinate and manage contractors and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building standards.
• Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, storage, and site logistics.
• Review drawings, BOQ, and actual work quantities.
• Identify issues and risks and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Monitor HSE, site safety, cleanliness, and construction discipline.
• Prepare daily site reports and weekly progress reports.
• Coordinate inspections, defect lists, and project handover.
