Job summary

PT SUPERHELINDO JAYA in Indonesia seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead Elevator & Escalator projects from handover to customer delivery. You will coordinate with main contractors, MEP consultants, developers, architects and cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Installation, Quality Control and Safety.

• Experience coordinating with main contractors, developers, consultants and subcontractors.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and project tools; good English.

Job description

PT Superhelindo Jaya looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to manage and ensure the successful execution of Elevator & Escalator projects from project handover through completion and handover to customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and oversee Elevator & Escalator projects from project handover until completion.

Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, manpower, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Coordinate closely with Main Contractors, MEP Consultants, Developers, Architects, and Quantity Surveyors.

Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Installation, Quality Control, and Safety/K3.

Monitor project progress, installation activities, testing, commissioning, and final handover.

Ensure project execution complies with contract requirements, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Identify project risks, delays, technical issues, and other challenges, and develop appropriate solutions.

Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates and reports to management and customers.

Ensure all project documentation, reports, drawings, testing records, and handover documents are properly completed.

Maintain good relationships with customers and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the Elevator & Escalator, MEP, Construction, or related industries.

Strong experience in managing projects involving Main Contractors, Developers, Consultants, and Subcontractors.

Good understanding of project planning, scheduling, quality, and safety management.

Having knowledge of Elevator & Escalator installation, testing, and commissioning is highly preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Project-related tools.

Good command of English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
