Job summary

PT SUPERHELINDO JAYA is seeking a seasoned Recruiter/Talent Acquisition specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment in Jakarta. You will attract candidates, conduct interviews, and help integrate new hires with robust onboarding plans.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of recruiting experience, familiarity with psychological tests, and strong analytical skills. Proficiency in English adds value for global collaboration within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, or relevant field.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience in-house or at a staffing agency.
• Experience handling full cycle of recruitment processes.
• Familiar with psychological tests.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English is a plus.

Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, or relevant field.

Proven work experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition either in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter at least 5 year of experience

Experienced handling full cycle of recruitment process

Familiar with psychological test

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication in English is a plus.
