Job summary

PT SUPERHELINDO JAYA in Indonesia seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead Elevator & Escalator projects from handover to customer delivery. You will coordinate with main contractors, MEP consultants, developers, architects and cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Installation, Quality Control and Safety.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least five years in project management within elevator/escalator, MEP or

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial or related field).
Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in Elevator/Escalator, MEP, or construction sectors.
Experience coordinating with main contractors, developers, consultants and subcontractors.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and project tools; good English.

Responsibilities

Manage Elevator & Escalator projects from handover to completion.
Develop and monitor schedules, milestones, manpower and resources.
Coordinate with main contractors, MEP consultants, developers, architects and QS.
Oversee progress, installation, testing, commissioning and final handover.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, specifications, quality and safety.
Identify risks and issues and propose solutions.
Conduct regular project meetings and report progress to management and customers.
Maintain project documentation and handover records.
