Job summary

PT Fujitec Indonesia seeks a Project Manager to lead installation projects for lifts, escalators, and travolators in Jakarta. You will set targets, monitor progress, ensure safety, and coordinate with the team and subcontractors. Reading shop drawings, managing risks and travel outside Java to site work are required.

The role demands a relevant engineering degree (D3/S1) and strong leadership to ensure all work aligns with contract terms and installation standards.

Qualifications

• D3/S1 education in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering.
• Understand the installation flow of lifts, escalators and travolators.
• Capable management team to control work progress on the job site.
• Skill to read shop drawings and installation drawings.
• Understand project risk management and time management.
• Have problem solving abilities in every problem encountered.
• Willing to business trip to work outside Java.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the project & setting work targets.
• Supervise the installation process of escalator and travolator lifts in accordance with installation standards.
• Monitor project progress.
• Ensure project work activities are safe and project requirements are meet.
• Manage communication between the team, subcontractors and all parties involved.
• Ensure that each work item is in accordance with the agreed contract.
