Job summary

PT Asuransi Jiwa Sequis Life seeks a PMO Portfolio Analyst to monitor project portfolios, track milestones, risks, and issues, and enforce governance standards.

You will facilitate stakeholder coordination, report on resources, schedules, and budgets, maintain PMO templates and dashboards, and provide analytical insights on portfolio trends and execution risks to support post-implementation reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Marketing or Finance.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• 3–5 years in supporting cross-functional projects within a governance environment.
• Skilled in data analysis and project reporting using PMO templates and governance standards.
• Strong stakeholder coordination, communication, and accountability.
• PMO or project governance certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma) are a strong advantage.

• Skilled in data analysis, project reporting, and utilizing PMO tools, templates, and governance standards
• Highly disciplined in project execution and documentation with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Capable of effective stakeholder coordination and communication with high accountability
• Certified in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma as a strong advantage
