Job summary

Bank OCBC NISP is seeking a Project Management Office professional to lead governance and execution of initiatives across Technology, Business, and Operations. The role requires collaboration with senior management and external vendors to deliver programs on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in project/program management, at least 2 years in banking, and a solid grasp of PM and SDLC, with strong reporting and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Project/Program Management with senior management exposure.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a banking environment.
• Strong understanding of Project Management and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience preparing executive-level reporting and management presentations.
• Familiar with vendor RFP/procurement processes, banking regulatory submissions, and legal/commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project governance and execution.
• Track project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare executive-level project updates and recommendations for senior management.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Technology, Business, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and external vendors.
• Ensure project decisions, actions, and key agreements are documented and followed.
• Identify project risks and blockers and drive proactive resolutions.

What we're looking for :

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Have 3-5 years of experience in Project / Program Management, with experience working closely with senior management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a banking environment
• Good understanding of Project Management and Software Development Life Cycle
• Strong experience in preparing executive-level reporting and management presentations
• Familiar with vendor RFP/procurement processes, banking regulatory submissions, and legal/commercial agreements such as Cooperation Agreements
• Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders across Technology, Business, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and other functions
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to bring structure to complex projects, manage dependencies, identify risks, and drive actions to completion
