Job summary

PT Lawencon Internasional is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a PMO focus to oversee large-scale initiatives in Jakarta. You will manage risks, schedules, and governance while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

You will lead meetings, develop WBS, and ensure quality governance, while delivering clear reports and presentations to executives and banks. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of IT project management experience, with a PMO focus.
• Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale projects independently.
• Strong understanding of testing policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with international teams and cross-cultural communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Programmer/PM with managing project risks, issues, action items, schedules, and meetings.
• Monitor and remind stakeholders of major follow-up items and deadlines.
• Lead and coordinate project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
• Manage and update the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to meet milestones.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including local banks, regional offices, and head office.
• Ensure adherence to testing policies and understand their importance for project success.
• Create comprehensive documentation using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support project activities.
• Update project management documentation, ensuring compliance with standards and governance.
• Contribute to quality reviews and coordinate activities in support of quality objectives.
• Develop and deliver high-quality reports and presentations using PowerPoint to communicate status and outcomes.
