Job description

• Minimum 1 yearof experiences as PMO in the Financial Industry (Banking, Multifinace, FinTech,etc)
• Bachelor’sdegree in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university.
• Familiaritywith project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Strongproblem-solving, quantitative, critical, logical thinking, and analytical
• Good incoordination and communications
• Ability toquickly understand complex discussions and identify key issues to focus on.
• Creative inproviding out-of-the-box solutions while remaining structured and methodical
• Have adequateproduct/tech knowledge (e.g. understanding of API, BRD)
• Growth mindsetwith a proactive attitude; eager to learn, adaptable, and flexible in a dynamicenvironment.
• Able to workindependently and cross-functionally and clearly identify dependencies,escalate potential roadblocks and recommend effective actions
• Willing to workfully on-site in Central Jakarta
