Job summary

Wirehire is seeking a detail-oriented PMO professional to support project execution within our data center operations in Jakarta. You will work with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure planning, tracking, documentation, and reporting align with standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in PMO or project coordination, is organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced technical environment supporting multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or project administration.
• Exposure to infrastructure, construction, IT, or data center projects is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of project management principles (scope, schedule, cost, risk).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

• Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking for data center projects.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
