Job summary

CKB Logistics in Indonesia seeks a Project Leader for Warehouse Site Management. You will coordinate daily warehouse activities and oversee supply base services at the client site in Teluk Bintuni, ensuring accurate stock and safe material handling. Strong leadership and English proficiency are essential.

You will lead a field team, enforce HSE standards, manage hazardous waste procedures, and report performance using Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP or WMS ERP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or related major.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Leader, Project Representative, or Project Manager in a similar project-related position.
• Previous work experience at Tangguh.
• Fluent in English (both passive and active).
• Strong leadership skills.
• Capable of operating SAP or other WMS ERP is preferable.
• Excellent skills in analytical thinking, interpersonal relations, problem-solving, communication, planning, and organizing.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.

• Identify bottlenecks/risks and perform quick problem-solving on-site.
• Prepare periodic reports and analyses using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Ensure smooth lifting processes and safe material logistics distribution flow within the work area.

Implement and enforce strict HSE standards across all warehouse and supply base areas in accordance with client procedures.

Supervise and ensure hazardous waste (B3) handling, storage, and management procedures comply with applicable Indonesian environmental regulations.

Lead, direct, and evaluate the performance of the field operational team to achieve project KPIs.

Establish effective communication and coordination with the client, sub-contractors, and internal/external stakeholders.

Identify potential operational bottlenecks/risks and perform quick, effective problem-solving on-site.

Prepare periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly), operational analyses, and project performance presentations using Ms. Excel and Ms. PowerPoint.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or related major.

Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Leader, Project Representative, or Project Manager in similar project related position.

Previous work experience at Tangguh.
