Job summary

PT SNS Tech Indonesia is seeking a Logistics and Warehouse Executive on a contract basis to join our Jakarta operations. You will oversee warehouse operations, coordinate logistics, and ensure efficient distribution with strong customer service.

This role offers exposure to warehousing and distribution in a growing logistics company. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of relevant experience, solid organizational skills, and knowledge of customs documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of warehouse management or logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and minimise discrepancies.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and transport providers for timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods.
• Monitor warehouse safety standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Manage warehouse staff including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to track shipments, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support with Singapore team to process stock movement and transfer.

About the role

We are seeking a talented Logistics and Warehouse Executive to join PT SNS Tech Indonesia on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing and optimising our warehousing and distribution operations in Jakarta. As a Logistics and Warehouse Executive, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities, coordinating logistics activities, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and customer service. This role offers the chance to develop your expertise in the warehousing and distribution sector whilst contributing to the strategic objectives of our growing organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience of 2-4 years in warehouse management, logistics operations, or a related field
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics principles, including inventory control and distribution networks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments/Region
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing business needs and operational demands
• Required Knowledge on custom related documentations
• Preferably, certification in logistics management or warehousing operations would be advantageous
