You will lead a team, optimize processes, monitor safety, and collaborate with customer service and transportation to maintain high service levels. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in warehousing, WMS knowledge, and strong problem-solving and communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse operations with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team; strong WMS and inventory control knowledge.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the work of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to procedures.
• Coordinate the flow of goods, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the warehouse.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and development to the team.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock takes to ensure accuracy.
• Liaise with customer service and transportation to ensure seamless operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
• Participate in strategic planning meetings, including remote sessions, to contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare shift reports.

This hybrid role requires a leader who can manage a team, ensure efficient workflow, and maintain high standards of service and safety.
