PT Vinfast Automobile Indonesia is seeking a Logistics Team Leader to supervise daily logistics operations, ensuring efficient warehouse processes and optimal manpower allocation in Subang, West Java.

You will monitor material flow, line feeding, and inventory accuracy while coordinating with Production, Warehouse, and Material Control. The role requires 5+ years in logistics and strong English communication in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, material handling, or production logistics in automotive/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, material flow, FIFO/FEFO, inventory control and 5S.
• Proficient in English, spoken and written.
• Able to work in shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with WMS, SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.

Good understanding of warehouse operations, material flow, line feeding, FIFO/FEFO, inventory control, and 5S.

Must have active English communication skills, both spoken and written.

Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and work in shifts when required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with WMS, SAP, or other ERP systems is an advantage.
