PT Enviromate Technology International seeks an HR Officer/Coordinator for project-based roles across remote sites. The candidate will bridge corporate objectives, project teams, and local communities, handling HR operations, labor relations, and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires 3+ years in HR Generalist roles, strong English communication, and familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations. Willingness to deploy to Maluku, North Sulawesi, and other sites is essential.

Qualifications

• Hold at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in HR, Psychology, Law, Management, Social Sciences, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist/HR Operations experience in project environments.
• Solid grasp of Indonesian labor regulations and HR administration.
• Experience with community engagement and local stakeholder relations.
• Strong English communication skills for international coordination.
• Experience in remote project locations is a plus.
• Proactive, organized, autonomous, with teamwork ability.
