PT Manoor Bulatn Lestari seeks an HR Officer to join our site-based operations in a mining environment. You will manage attendance, rosters, and HR records while supporting payroll and vendor invoicing. Compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies is essential.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and strong communication skills are required. This role offers field deployment at a remote mining site on a 10:2 roster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management or Psychology.
• 1–2 years HR administration experience in mining or heavy industry.
• Strong roster management, payroll taxation and BPJS experience.
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and employment laws.
• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication, organizational and administrative skills.
• Willingness to work at a remote mining site on a 10:2 roster.

Responsibilities

• Attendance and roster management across shifts and leaves.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Process payroll-related tasks and vendor invoices.
• Ensure compliance with policies and Indonesian labor laws.
