PT. Enviromate Technology International is seeking an HR Officer/Coordinator to manage HR operations, labor relations, and community engagement at project sites. The role requires a strong HR background, 3+ years of experience, and fluency in English for meetings with international stakeholders.

Travel to Maluku and North Sulawesi project sites is required, with a focus on compliant workforce administration and cross-functional coordination within the EPC/Oil & Gas sectors.

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in HR, Psychology, Law, Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years as HR Generalist or similar role.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR administration.

Mansioni

• Manage HR operations and general affairs at project sites.
• Maintain labor relations and community engagement with local stakeholders.
