You will manage day-to-day HR administration, labor compliance, and stakeholder engagement with local communities, government representatives, and project teams, while ensuring alignment with Indonesian regulations and project goals.

Qualificações

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Solid grasp of Indonesian labor laws and workforce administration.
• Experience in social and community relations, especially with local stakeholders.
• Background in heavy industries or project-based sectors preferred.

Responsabilidades

• On-site HR administration and personnel operations management.
• Oversee labor relations and compliance with Indonesian regulations.
• Engage with local communities, leaders, and government representatives.
• Resolve labor or community conflicts through effective negotiation.
• Collaborate with project teams, KSO partners, clients, and external stakeholders.
