Beshe Group is seeking a versatile HR Generalist to join a fully remote team, supporting a broad range of HR functions from employee relations to talent acquisition and HR administration.

You will serve as a primary contact for employees, fostering a positive experience while ensuring policy compliance and confidentiality in a remote, distributed work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• 2–5 years in a generalist HR role.
• Solid knowledge of core HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration.
• Experience with HRIS and HR software.
• Proactive, remote-friendly with strong communication and confidentiality.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws.
