Job summary

PT Enviromate Technology International invites an experienced HR Officer/Coordinator to support project sites across Maluku and North Sulawesi. You will manage HR administration, onboarding, payroll coordination, and day-to-day operations to keep projects compliant and on schedule.

You will engage with local communities and stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and ensure adherence to Indonesian labor laws. Fluency in English, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office are essential

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Law, Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years as HR Generalist/Operations role in heavy industry (EPC, Oil & Gas, power).</n>
• Experience with remote project locations and stakeholder engagement is a plus.
