Job summary

Have Halal, Will Travel (HHWT) is seeking a Projects Executive to support events, training programmes, and partnership initiatives, coordinating logistics and ensuring on-site execution across diverse initiatives.

You will manage venues, transport, itineraries, guest lists, and participant materials, while maintaining timelines and trackers. The role requires on-site presence during events and evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in events, hospitality, travel, or project coordination.
• Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Available for some evenings and weekends during events.
• Eligible to work in Indonesia.
