Job summary

Dealls in Jakarta is seeking an Events & Partnerships Coordinator to support planning and execution of large-scale events, conferences, and community programs. You will coordinate speakers and vendors, ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience.

You will manage timelines, trackers, and internal communications, and assist with event marketing, content, and participant engagement. On-site logistics and post-event analysis are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized, and thrives under deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, or Excel.
• Team player with initiative—able to make things happen with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian (written + spoken).
