Job summary

Have Halal, Will Travel (HHWT) is seeking an Advertising Account Executive to oversee end-to-end campaign execution and client servicing. You will liaise with internal teams, freelancers, and clients to ensure campaigns meet KPIs and renewals are managed proactively.

You will coordinate resources, monitor performance, and provide insights via analytics tools, contributing to growth with the Sales Director. A marketing background and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing/Business or related field.
• 2–4 years in marketing campaign operations, account servicing, or client management.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana) and CRM systems (Zoho).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle renewals.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of client campaigns and client servicing.
• Set up project dashboards, define tasks and deadlines in Asana.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver campaigns on schedule.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and propose corrective actions.
• Support renewals and growth with the Sales Director.
• Maintain client data and generate campaign performance reports.
