Job summary

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in project engineering/PM, strong engineering knowledge, and proficiency with PM tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera. You will contribute to safety, compliance, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering or project management, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
• Strong technical understanding of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proficient in project management software like Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Adaptable to changing project requirements and able to provide practical solutions.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Project Engineer to join our dynamic team at Karya Bahana Group. As a Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position based in Bekasi, West Java.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure the timely and efficient execution of projects
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project delivery
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track
• Ensure projects comply with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards
• Provide technical support and guidance to project stakeholders
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices
