Job summary

Etex in Indonesia is seeking a project manager to oversee industrial projects related to machinery safety from concept through detailed engineering to execution and start-up, ensuring compliance with specifications.

You will coordinate site activities, build project organization, evaluate offers with purchasing, and monitor test and start-up to confirm the project delivers on the original requirements. Fluency in English and Indonesian is expected.

Qualifications

• Safety must be the priority from the conceptual phase through start-up.
• Familiar with MS Project and CAD; proficient in MS Office.
• Project control and reporting.
• Strong analytical and written and oral communication.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Organize periodical follow-up meetings with suppliers and plant teams and monitor on-site progress.
• Build project specifications and project organization.
• Analyze offers and participate in final supplier selection and contract preparation.
• Monitor test and start-up to ensure delivery meets original requirements.

Summary

Responsible the management of industrial projects related to Safety of Machineries, from the conceptual process design through detailed engineering to the execution and start-up

What You\'ll Do

• Follow-up of the projects realization: organize periodical follow-up meetings with supplies, plant team, is regularly on site to control the project progress according to the specifications
• Build project specifications and project organization
• Analyse offers, participate in the final selection with purchasing, participate in the contracts preparation
• Monitor test and start-up of equipment to be sure that the project outcome fits with the original requirement

What You\'ll Bring

• Familiar with Pack Office and MS Porject, Basic use of CAD
