• Good understanding of Civil & MEP; HVAC and refrigeration knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Project management training is an advantage.

About the role

Sewu Segar Nusantara (Gunung Sewu Group) is seeking an experienced Project Engineering Lead to join our dynamic civil and structural engineering team. This is a full-time position based in Tangerang, Banten. Project Engineering Lead is responsible for supervising and coordinating engineering projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards. The role oversees site activities, contractor and vendor performance, project documentation, and supports the development of warehouse, cold storage, utilities, and facility improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise project execution and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality, safety, and schedule.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, Bill of Quantities (BoQ), quantity take-off, and cost estimates (RAB).
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout project execution. Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
• Supervise civil, MEP, HVAC, refrigeration, and warehouse infrastructure works. Support commissioning, testing, project documentation, and final handover.
• Evaluate contractor and vendor performance and ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related Engineering disciplines.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Project Engineering, Site Supervision, or Construction Management. Experience in warehouse, cold storage, industrial, manufacturing, or logistics facility projects is preferred.
• Experience coordinating multiple contractors/vendors is an advantage.
• Technical Competencies: Proficient in Drawing Software: AutoCAD (2D); SketchUp. Able to prepare RAB, BoQ, and Technical specifications.
• Good understanding of Civil & MEP; knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems is an advantage.
• Familiar with project scheduling, commissioning, and engineering documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills; good leadership in supervising site activities; strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities; able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines; detail‑oriented and proactive.
• Training/Certification: Project Management is an advantage.
