Job summary

Karya Bahana Group is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to drive on-time, on-budget delivery of complex projects in Bekasi, West Java. You will lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cross-team collaboration to ensure quality results.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in project engineering/PM, strong engineering knowledge, and proficiency with PM tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera. You will contribute to safety, compliance, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering or project management, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
• Strong technical understanding of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proficient in project management software like Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Adaptable to changing project requirements and able to provide practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams for delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks, implement proactive solutions.
