Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle time analysis with focus on bottlenecks and line balancing optimization.
• Develop and implement action plans to address product defects and improve quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production line issues.
• Plan and allocate resources (manpower, equipment, materials) for projects to meet customer timelines.

• Ensure assigned projects are executed smoothly in accordance with customer timelines, including planning and calculating required resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant fields
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
