Job summary

Permata Indonesia seeks a detail-oriented Project Administrator to join a leading FMCG cosmetics company in Jakarta. You will support Supply Chain projects related to NEO for Planner and F2S, and ensure the NEO Local Adaptation action plan is completed on time.

You will check and screen Supply Chain KPIs for data validity and help implement solutions with local report users. The role requires strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project-based work or related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data handling and analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for reporting and presentation
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams
• Proactive and able to identify and escalate issues in a timely manner

Responsibilities

• Handle Supply Chain projects related to NEO for Planner and F2S
• Ensure the NEO Local Adaptation action plan is completed in a timely manner
• Check and screen Supply Chain KPIs to ensure data validity and support implementations with local report users
• Assess and proactively identify any issues during the project timeline and escalate to N+1
• Maintain the speed and quality of work throughout the project
• Prepare, report, and present project results and progress to relevant stakeholders
