Job summary

Permata Indonesia in Jakarta is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee local adaptation projects for a leading FMCG cosmetics company in South Jakarta.

You will lead workshops with local stakeholders, bridge project and operations teams, and manage relationships with department heads, 3PLs, vendors, and IT partners to keep timelines. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience, SAP familiarity, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or related roles.
• Familiar with SAP and related systems.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience in FMCG industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver local adaptation projects per timeline aligned with the regional schedule.
• Lead workshops with local stakeholders (Internal and 3PL) to bridge gaps between global template and local Indonesian team.
• Act as the primary bridge between the project team and operation teams.
• Manage relationships with local department heads, third-party vendors, and IT partners for alignment.
• Identify local project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Escalate critical roadblocks promptly to steering committee or sponsors.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver local adaptation project as per timeline aligned with the regional schedule
• Lead workshops with local stakeholders (Internal and 3PL) to identify gaps between the global template and local Indonesian Team
• Act as the primary bridge between the project team and operation teams
• Manage relationships with local department heads, third-party vendors, and IT partners to ensure smooth alignment
• Identify local project risks (e.g., timeline delays, resource constraints, regulatory compliance gaps) and implement mitigation strategies
• Escalate critical roadblocks promptly to the steering committee or project sponsors
