Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in project coordination, reporting, documentation, research, or organizational activities is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, stakeholder coordination, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned projects to ensure timelines, milestones, deliverables, and key actions are properly tracked.
• Coordinate with project PICs and stakeholders to obtain updates, follow up on outstanding actions, and maintain project information.
• Identify project delays, risks, issues, and inconsistencies, and elevate key concerns to the PMO Manager.
• Prepare accurate project reports, dashboards, meeting materials, minutes of meetings, and management updates.
• Conduct basic data analysis and research to provide insights that support project monitoring and management decision-making.
