Job summary

Permata Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented fresh graduate to support end-to-end order processing for a leading FMCG cosmetic company in South Jakarta. You will input, monitor, and maintain order data, ensuring accuracy across systems and interfaces while learning the current workflows.

You will collaborate with warehouse, sales, and other divisions; follow up on order status; resolve order-related issues; and maintain product information.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills and confident in visual presentation.
• Ability to operate Excel and knowledge of Power Query is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and willing to learn.
• Able to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English is preferred.
