Job Summary
The Project Coordinator supports the Project Supervisor also Branch Manager of Tropical Pool in coordinating daily project administration, scheduling, and communication for swimming pool projects across Tropical Pool branches. This is an operational administrative role that works under the direct direction and supervision of the Project Supervisor, it does not carry final decision-making authority over technical or contractual project matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Supervisor also Branch Manager in preparing and updating project execution schedules across branches;
- Collect, compile, and file project administrative documents (daily reports, handover minutes, progress photos, etc.);
- Act as a communication liaison between field teams, branches, and the Project Supervisor and Managers regarding project needs and issues;
- Assist in coordinating procurement of project materials and equipment as instructed;
- Monitor project progress administratively and report any delays or obstacles to the Project Supervisor and Managers;
- Prepare weekly/monthly project status reports for internal purposes;
- Perform other administrative and coordination duties as directed by the Project Supervisor or relevant superior.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Civil Engineering or a related field;
- 1-2 years of experience in project administration/field coordination, fresh graduates who meet the criteria are welcome to apply;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace, OneDrive, Asana;
- Good communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to work within a team under supervision;
- Able to work under deadlines and adjust to shifting work priorities;
- Willing to travel to branches across Bali and Lombok as required;
- Holding a valid driver's license (SIM C/A) and own vehicle is an advantage;
- Proficiency in English can be a good advantage.
