Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Project Planning & Control professional for our construction project in Ubud - Bali. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules, baselines, and work programs to ensure alignment with the approved plan.
You will track progress, prepare weekly/monthly reports, monitor critical path and schedule risks, and coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, and Commercial teams to resolve delays and resource constraints.
Project Planning & Control (PPC) role responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules, baselines, and work programs for our Construction Project in Ubud - Bali. The role involves tracking progress against approved baselines, identifying variances and delays, and coordinating across Construction, Engineering, Procurement, and Commercial teams to ensure activities align with the project schedule.
Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain the Master Project Schedule, baseline, WBS, and detailed work programs.
Monitor actual progress against the approved baseline and identify schedule variances and delays.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, dashboards, and project performance reports.
Track critical path, key milestones, float, and schedule risks.
Prepare and monitor 2-week / 4-week look-ahead schedules with the site team.
Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, and Commercial teams to ensure activities are aligned with the project schedule.
Monitor procurement, material delivery, manpower, and equipment against project requirements.
Analyze causes of delays and develop recovery plans and mitigation actions with the Project Management team.
Monitor planned vs. actual manpower and productivity and highlight resource constraints.
Maintain project planning databases and ensure timely and accurate project information.
About you
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Project Planning, Project Control, Planning Engineer, or similar construction roles.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
Strong understanding of construction planning, scheduling, and project controls.
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and ability to identify trends and potential delays early.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and dashboards.
Good understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM), WBS, baseline schedules, and schedule variance analysis.
Strong communication and coordination skills with both site and management teams.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
Strong ownership of project reporting accuracy and deadlines.
