Job summary

PT TeamworX Indonesia seeks a Planning Engineer (Construction Management) to develop and manage detailed project schedules for construction projects. You will work with design and procurement teams to ensure on-time completion within budget and quality standards, tracking progress, resources, and risks.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil/Construction degree with 5+ years in planning, proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and experienced in Power BI and Looker Studio for data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling, preferably on-site with Main Contractor or Consultant background.
• Experience using scheduling software Primavera P6 and MS Project; data analysis tools Power BI and Looker Studio.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• Strong analytical skills in schedule tracking, variance analysis, and delay impact assessment.
• Understanding of project life-cycle from design workflows, procurement strategy, construction methods & sequence, commissioning strategy and project close-out.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling, preferably experience in construction project site from Main Contractor or Consultant background.

Demonstrated experience using Scheduling Software (Primavera P6, MS Project), data analysis & presentation (Power BI, Looker Studio).

Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
