Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Project Planning & Control professional for our construction project in Ubud - Bali. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules, baselines, and work programs to ensure alignment with the approved plan.

You will track progress, prepare weekly/monthly reports, monitor critical path and schedule risks, and coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, and Commercial teams to resolve delays and resource constraints.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project planning/controls in construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and dashboards.
• Knowledge of CPM, WBS, baseline schedules, and variance analysis.
• Excellent communication and coordination with site and management teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Project Schedule, baseline, WBS, and detailed work programs.
• Monitor progress against the baseline; identify variances and delays.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, dashboards, and project performance reports.
• Track critical path, milestones, float, and schedule risks.
• Prepare and monitor 2–/4–week look-ahead schedules with the site team.
• Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment with the schedule.
• Monitor procurement, material delivery, manpower, and equipment against project requirements.
• Analyze causes of delays and develop recovery plans with the Project Management team.
• Monitor planned vs actual manpower and productivity; highlight resource constraints.
• Maintain project planning databases and ensure timely project information.
