Job summary

AkzoNobel Indonesia in Jakarta seeks a Project Account Executive to develop and secure project opportunities from early-stage influence through to conversion. You will manage relationships with developers, architects, consultants, contractors and applicators, and drive account growth across Indonesia.

You will combine specification, technical and commercial skills to win bids, present coatings systems, and steer projects from design through execution, traveling extensively nationwide.

Qualifications

• S1 Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 2–5 years in specification, project sales, account management, construction/building materials, or paint industry.
• Solid understanding of project stakeholders including developers, architects, consultants, contractors and applicators.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia.
• Proven experience in specification, technical presentation, and commercial engagement within project-based businesses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and applicators.
• Drive account growth by creating annual plans and growth strategies for strategic accounts.
• Influence specification at design and planning stages; conduct product presentations, technical briefings, and color consultations.
• Lead commercial discussions to improve project competitiveness and secure conversion.
