Job summary

Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia seeks a Supply Chain Excellence Manager, SEA to lead plant operations in Cikarang and drive KPI targets across safety, quality, productivity, volume and cost.

You will build a high performing team, implement IL6S and Factory of Future concepts, coach line leaders, and ensure governance and continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with GMP and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in a CPG industry with TPM, 5S, LEAN and Six Sigma.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; strong analytics, problem solving, and team-building.
• An engineer with strong financial and business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations and deliver KPI targets (SQCDSM) in safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost and sustainability.
• Coach line leaders and progress IL6S-Integrated Lean Six Sigma journey to self-sufficient teams.
• Establish governance to review and control operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, GMP, health, safety, environmental, and local regulatory requirements.
