Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Manufacturing Leader to drive IL6S/LEAN initiatives across the plant in Cikarang, Indonesia. You will lead production operations and ensure safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets are met while building a high-performing team and culture.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of TPM, 5S, and Six Sigma tools. You will collaborate with multiple functions to sustain best practices and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Leads production operations to meet safety, quality, productivity, cost and sustainability KPIs.
• Experience with IL6S-Integrated Lean Six Sigma and autonomous / progressive maintenance.
• Establishes governance and drives continuous improvement for best-in-class operations.
• Compliance with quality, food safety, GMP, health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive IL6S/LEAN/SiX Sigma improvements across lines.
• Coach and develop line leads; ensure KPI alignment and cascaded targets.
• Maintain governance for safety, quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement standards and procedures.
