Qualifications

• Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in CPG with TPM, 5S, LEAN, and Six Sigma concepts.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team environment; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Engineer with financial acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations in the Plant and deliver KPI targets (SQCDSM) including safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Ensure manufacturing strategy is implemented effectively and foster a high-performing organization.
• Drive governance to review and improve operational performance; embed a zero-loss mindset across teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, GMP, and local regulations; manage governance and internal audits.
• Attract, retain, and develop talent; collaborate with multifunctional peers to achieve objectives.
