Job summary

You will manage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, monitor applications on AWS, and coordinate with teams to ensure service availability and continuous improvement.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years in production support within financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Production Support or related roles in financial services.
• Experience with ITIL-based incident, problem, change, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support for applications on AWS, Java, .NET, and SQL databases.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve application issues including root-cause analysis.
• Execute data fixes in SQL and perform data analysis for inquiries from business users.
• Collaborate with development teams to coordinate fixes and monitor system performance.
• Document all support activities and resolutions according to standards.
