Job summary

PT BNP Paribas Investment Partners in Indonesia is seeking a role focused on managing and supporting local and regional IT applications. The position emphasizes maintaining uptime, coordinating with vendors and regional teams, and participating in end-to-end project activities from requirements through go-live and post-implementation reviews.

The ideal candidate will engage in UAT, dress rehearsals, and Go-Live activities, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory reporting needs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to manage BNPP Indonesia applications, both for local and regional applications to ensure all applications are well.
• Responsible to ensure the continuity of local applications
• As part of IT project, responsible to participate on the requirement, design, test and support of local and regional application.
• Responsible to manage the local project and liaise with regional project team to deliver application for Indonesia.
• Responsible to manage and maintain IT application support to make sure local applications uptime and maintenance are well managed according to applications service level based on criticality
• Responsible to perform end-to-end production support including the bug fixing for local applications and engaging vendor on the activity.
• Responsible to support the local and regional application. Moreover, he/she is responsible to liaise with local vendor and regional APS team as well to resolve any incidents impacting the local and regional application.
• Responsible to manage all local application projects. This includes coordination with local service providers and/or BNPP regional team for application project related activities and perform application solution analysis. The delivery of projects to be managed as per agreed scope, budget, timeline and according to Bank’s policies and procedures.
• Responsible for local application development especially related to regulatory reporting based on the requirements provided by the regulators and/or respective users.
• Coordinate with various actors to support the day-to-day activities (business lines representatives, ITIP, local operations, transversal functions such Compliance and Finance).
• Participate in UAT activities, Dress Rehearsals and Go-Live. Arrange support resources, premises, environment preparation, procedures and control plans for users. Conduct post-implementation review.
