Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, preferably in financial services.
• Proficient in handling production issues, vendor contracts, and technical support.
• Strong project management and coordination skills; able to lead tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with operating systems basics: command line, file/server management.

Responsibilities

• Manage production issues or support, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with vendors and stakeholders.
• Manage vendor contracts and follow up on any issues that arise, ensuring smooth collaboration and service delivery.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact effectively with vendors, users, and stakeholders.
• Lead and manage project tasks, coordinate deliverables, and ensure effective communication with vendors and stakeholders.
• Provide technical support, including knowledge of OS basics such as command line and file/server management.
