Job summary

Puratos in Tangerang is seeking a Production Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to achieve targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's, a minimum of 2 years in production (preferably in food manufacturing), and proficiency in SAP and MS Office, with good English and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma D3 or Bachelor with GPA > 2.75.
• Minimum 2 years of production experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Good command of English.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and hands‑on approach to work.

Responsibilities
