Job summary

Puratos in Indonesia (Cikarang) is looking for a Production Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to ensure optimal targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency.

You will lead the production team, ensure on-time and in-full fulfillment of orders, manage performance and training, monitor materials and SAP transactions, maintain GMP and cleanliness, and coach peers toward high performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree with GPA > 2.75.
• Minimum 2 years of production experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Good command of English.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production team activities in line with procedures and SOPs.
• Ensure production orders are fulfilled on time, in full, and to quality standards.
• Manage workforce performance, discipline, training, and workplace cleanliness.
• Monitor raw materials, packaging, inventory accuracy, and SAP production transactions.
• Maintain GMP standards, asset care, and production area housekeeping.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve high performance.
