Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle Bogor is seeking a production supervisor to develop daily production planning across multiple lines and ensure on-time delivery of all SKUs.

You will manage resources, coordinate with Planning, Engineering, QC, and Maintenance, and uphold SHE, GMP and food safety standards while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Production/Manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and control and related safety standards.
• Ability to lead a team and manage resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily production planning for multiple lines.
• Control production activities to meet on-time delivery and quantity targets.
• Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, QC, and Maintenance teams to optimize operations.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to manage shift maintenance resources.
• Ensure compliance with SHE, GMP, ISO (Food Safety & Environment), 5S and allergen management.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and improve productivity.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop daily production planning:
• Control all aspects from material availability, floor stock, and other factors that may impact daily production execution.
• Execute daily production planning for the assigned production lines (Hard Candy & Eclairs, Dragee, and Gum & MCG).
• Review daily production plans against actual execution.
• Control production line activities to ensure all product SKUs are produced on time and in the required quantities.
• Manage production resources (people, equipment, materials and other resources) efficiently to achieve the required productivity.
• Maintain a strong, disciplined, and highly motivated production team.
• Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, and QC teams to achieve optimal operational synergy.
• Manage maintenance operation:
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to manage shift maintenance resources (technician).
• Ensure compliance with standards and requirements:
• Ensure that production personnel understand and comply to all company policies and procedures – SHE, GMP, ISO (Food Safety & Environment), etc.
• Ensure safety come first and implement at any stage of production line.
• Work with Continuous Improvement department to support continuous and lean program.
• Contribute on company improvement:
• Drive projects to reduce cost (reject/scrap), lean process, improve efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and deploy objectives and plans which area in support of company and department objectives and directives.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Production/Manufacturing operations. Experience in leading a team will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Production Planning & Control (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Personal Hygiene, HACCP/Food Safety, GMP, Halal, Safety & Environment, 5S, Quality System, and Allergen Management.
• Good understanding of maintenance best practices and English.
• Strong understanding of production operations and process control.
