Job summary

PT Kapal Api Global in West Java is seeking an experienced Production Manager to drive end-to-end operations from the processing floor to the final packed product.

You will optimize manpower, machinery, and processes to meet targets, ensure food safety, GMP compliance, and maintain quality standards while leading continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Production Management or similar leadership role.
• Preferably in a Food FMCG environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, food safety and quality standards.
• Ability to lead teams in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall production operations from processing to packing.

• Ensure product quality and compliance with food safety standards.
• Monitor production performance and drive continuous improvements.

• Prepare and report weekly and monthly production metrics accurately.

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to drive end-to-end operational excellence from the processing floor to the final packed product. Join our team!

What you will do:

• Lead and manage overall production operations, from the processing area through to packing.
• Optimize manpower, machinery, and technology to achieve production targets, operational cost efficiency, and productivity.
• Ensure product quality and food safety standards are consistently maintained.
• Monitor production performance and implement continuous improvements to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth production processes and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure the implementation of SOP, GMP, hygiene, food safety, and HSE standards.
• Ensure weekly and monthly production reports are accurate and reflect actual conditions on the production floor.

We are looking for you who:

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Production Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in a Food manufactured/FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, food safety, GMP, and quality standards.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to manage teams and work effectively in a target-driven and dynamic environment.
