Job summary

The role oversees press, inspection, and coating processes, coordinates production workflows, and uses operational data to improve performance while leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong leadership and ISO/HSE familiarity are essential. The candidate should hold a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering with 5+ years in manufacturing, plus knowledge of Kaizen and 5S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing production.
• Strong understanding of production processes and workflows.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, JAS, and health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Knowledge of Kaizen and 5S principles.
• Digital literacy and improvement-oriented mindset.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination.
• English communication skills are advantageous.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or another relevant discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing production
• Strong understanding of production processes and workflows
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Japanese Agricultural Standards (JAS), and health, safety, and environmental requirements
• Good knowledge of Kaizen and 5S principles
• Digital literacy, an improvement-oriented approach, and awareness of current manufacturing trends
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills
• English communication skills would be an advantage
