Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd in Indonesia seeks a Production Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations in paint and coatings, drive production targets, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires implementing Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, Kaizen, ISO and HSE compliance, and mentoring teams across engineering, supply chain, maintenance, QA, and more; 10+ years of manufacturing experience with a coatings background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a Production Manager / Production Head role in paint & coatings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production operations to achieve targets, quality standards, and delivery commitments.
• Drive operational excellence, productivity improvements, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (ISO), HSE regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, QA, Warehouse, Procurement, Commercial, and R&D teams.
• Manage production KPIs, manufacturing costs, capacity planning, and overall plant performance.
• Lead, develop, and mentor production teams while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Support new product commercialization and manufacturing process improvements.

Key responsibilities

Lead end-to-end production operations to achieve production targets, quality standards, and delivery commitments
