Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking a Production Section Head/Production Supervisor to oversee press, inspection and coating lines within a manufacturing facility in Indonesia. You will coordinate production workflows, analyze operational data, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining quality, safety, and environmental standards.

The role reports to the assistant factory manager and requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and at least five years of manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing production.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and workflows.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, JAS and HSE requirements.
• Proficient in Kaizen and 5S principles.
• Digital literacy and improvement-oriented mindset.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination.
• English communication would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate press, inspection, and coating production processes.
• Manage production workflows and coordinate activities across production functions.
• Use production data to identify and drive operational improvements.
• Lead Kaizen, 5S, and internal development initiatives.
• Ensure production activities comply with quality and HSE standards.
• Report directly to the assistant factory manager.
